Mind, Body, Wellness with Paula Philp
 Paula Philp has been practicing Taoist Tai Chi for nearly 20 years and teaching Tai Chi for Busy People for 2 years.
She is certified by All Is Well Ventures Inc., as a Tai Chi Leader, and as of September 2008 is leading her 6th 12 week session
of Tai Chi for Busy People.
In her class you will learn a very short, beautiful and user-friendly sequence of Tai Chi moves, designed to help you feel relaxed, yet alive and energized.
Paula's interests include Asian and Ayurvedic philosophy and medicine, women’s health and healing issues; she enjoys writing, travel,
playing the drums, yoga, bird watching, and science-fiction.
Paula's many years of Tai Chi practice and her relaxed approach make her a patient and encouraging teacher. She helps you learn the various
postures of 'Tai Chi for Busy People' in a stress-free environment.
